The Posticini Supper Club will take place at Merumalia Wine Resort. Merumalia is nestled in the heart of the picturesque Frascati region, providing the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable evening among the winery’s vineyards, strechting across the rolling hills.

The philosophy of Merumalia is inspired by its terroir – the idea that wines must be the individual expression of their soil, climate and cultivation in the vineyard – and that this must be maintained according to principles of sustainability and passed on to the next generation.

The event will be made even more special by the collaboration formed with Dopo Lavoro Ricreativo of Frascati, which will prepare an exceptional menu for the occasion, accompanied by a selection of Merumalia’s wines.

The name Dopo Lavoro Ricreativo is essentially a manifesto chosen by chef Jacopo Ricci for his return to Frascati: it evokes other times, of collectives, struggles and circles, but also of genuine places of aggregation.

Dopo Lavoro Ricreativo has removed from the dishes everything that he considers superfluous today: the craze for aestheticisms, excessive processing of products, to focus on the essence (which means properly chosen raw materials, ethical supply chain, lots of self-production, but also a declared respect for labor and workers).
