Following the resounding success of Sintesi, Sara, Matteo, Carla, and Andrea, the dynamic restaurateurs of the Castelli Romani, are excited to introduce Tinello Bistrot. This new venture brings their culinary expertise from Ariccia to Castel Gandolfo, promising a shared table concept that redefines dining in the region.

In early 2020, just before the pandemic, the resilient couple persevered, drawing on their international experiences in Asia, Northern Europe, and Australia. Tinello promises a delightful gastronomic journey, from homemade bread to a carefully curated wine cellar. In November 2022, Sara and Matteo earned a Michelin star, supported by Carla, Sara's sister, ensuring impeccable service. They now focus on the Castelli Romani, filling culinary gaps in places like Ariccia.

Castel Gandolfo, the new frontier for Tinello, is a charming town renowned for the summer residence of the popes and its breathtaking view of the eponymous lake.
